Power Optimisa is the sole distributor of an internationally proven and effective Japanese electricity energy saving device. This award winning technology has already been succesfully installed in over 180,000 sites worldwide. Customers range from major G8 governments to well known large multinational corporations and domestic users.
The Power Optimisa offers FREE, GREEN ENERGY. The technology saves you significant amounts of electricity energy and reduces carbon emissions - both by around a 8% to 15% or better range. The technology includes highly efficient voltage optimising methods, which automatically manage and regulate your facility's voltage to the optimal level required.
All incoming supply voltages fluctuate up and down in a specified range within which all electrical equipment will operate to their specification. Power Optimisa's main function simply removes the excess voltage levels very efficiently and reliably and in the process delivers the optimal minimal voltage level to safely run a facility. Power Optimisa continually monitors and adjusts your voltages within a series of custom pre-set intervals 100 times per second and thus removes wasted or unnecessary energy.
A Power Optimisa installation will typically yield energy savings of 8% to 15% or better, a reduction in reactive power of over 15% and thus an improvement in power factor of between 4% - 10%. For most sites, the installation will pay for itself from the generated savings within 3 years or less, which represents a return on investment of greater than 33%. Not bad for a quality technology that will continue to save for 30 to 50 years.
Equipment lifetimes will also be extended (lighting by over 200%) by optimizing the voltages and by cutting out significant amounts of harmful harmonics.
Pick n Pay family store, Durbanville, recently purchased the first Power Optimisa unit available in South Africa and have already seen independently measured savings of 12%.
