Overview
Mas (Farmhouse) is an upscale restaurant that offers new American- and French-influenced fare. The restaurant sources its ingredients locally by purchasing them directly from small farms. Mas also maintains many sustainable practices, including composing all food waste, using 100% biodegradable and non-toxic cleaning supplies, and using reclaimed wood for its tables, chairs, floors and walls.
