Inanda Resources Reserve

Inanda Dam offers visitors various water sports, such as boating and sailing. The dam is also a popular fishing destination, particularly for bass. Adjoining the dam's south bank is the Mahlabathini Park, where visitors can walk a short trail, and get a chance to view many bird species and a variety of plant life.

Driving Directions: Take the M13west from Durban to Hillcrest. Take the Old Main Road/Hillcrest off-ramp and turn right into Old Main
Road. Travel along Old Main Road (approximately 2.6 km) into Hillcrest and turn right into Inanda Road. Travel along Inanda Road and turn left into Blessing Ninela Road (Fischer Road) at the Brackenhill/Inanda sign. Follow this road, which later becomes Ngwele Road, into the valley to the entrance of the reserve.
