Overview
SnuggleBum is committed to:
Minimising the impact our children have on the environment by offering cloth nappies that are fun, well fitting and quick drying as an alternative to disposable nappies.
Promoting mother and baby bonding by offering comfortable ring slings to keep baby snug, secure and calm while mom attends to the other things that moms have to attend to.
Community development and the creation of jobs by equipping local ladies with the necessary skills and providing employment for sewing the nappies and slings.
Quality in all our products.
Snugglebum has an online shop and your purchase can be sent to you via the SA Postal Service http://www.snugglebum.co.za/shop.
SnuggleBum is owned and run by Juliet Dymont. She is passionate about the SnuggleBum nappies and slings because they have been such a good solution for her own family. Being the mother of two small children does not leave much time for Juliet to sew so Noxolo joined SnuggleBum as a seamstress. SnuggleBum sent Noxolo to sewing lessons at Ladysmith's Elna shop and she soon became proficient with the sewing machine. Noxolo has since mastered the cutting, snapping and sewing required for making the nappies, covers and slings and is a valuable asset to SnuggleBum.
Both Juliet and Noxolo are licenced La-Di-Da diaper seamstresses.
