Rezumat
Recently refurbished by New York City it has cement paths for walking, running, bicycling, roller blading and playground for children. Undergoing renovation at present, but has large open grassy area. Site of cultural fairs and movies shown on dam in summer. 9/11 Memorial recently opened and can be viewed for free.
