Rezumat
For a pretty beach without getting on a boat and island hopping outside of Parati, head over to Trindade beach. It is 30 km from Parati and a bus leaves from Parati every 40 minutes between 5:20 am and 11:20 pm.
There are a few accommodations and restaurants. Praia Brava is the first beach and Praia do Cepilho is popular with surfers.A beautiful ‘hangout’ beach, though in danger of some environmental degradation. Trails leave from the beach and go to waterfalls and more secluded areas to the south.
