Overview
The Department of Environmental Control Technology of New York City College of Technology (City Tech) offers two degree programs: a bachelor of technology degree in facilities management and an associate in applied science degree in heating ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC&R). Certificate programs in sustainable technology and in environmental control (Air Conditioning Equipment, Heating Equipment and Building Housing Superintendent Technology)
