Overview
History
Pousada Tropicana was one of the first five pousadas on the island. It was opened in 1989 by Frenchman Gerary André Masee. It is conveniently located between the two arrival piers on Rua da Praia.
Sustainable Features
This pousada uses solar energy for its boilers to heat water. The grounds are landscaped the natural flora. Tasteful Brasilian
decor and a view of the bay make this an excellent location.
