Stellar designed and built this two-story, 25,000 square-foot Class A office building on its existing corporate campus to house its Commercial design and construction staff. The tilt-up structure features upscale interiors, energy efficient windows, touchless faucets, automatic flush valves, waterless urinals and reflective roof. The exterior finish of the tilt-wall is textured and has composite stone details with curtainwall system. Location on an occupied campus with contiguous private property required attention to traffic flow, parking, and noise control during construction. The LEED Silver building won an ABC Excellence Award and a USGBC North Florida Waste Water Innovation award.
