Overview
Saxelby Cheese offers a selection of cheeses from farms all over the US, but the majority come from cheesemakers in New York, Vermont, and Connecticut, who are dedicated to farming sustainably. Many of the products offered are from farms that proprietor Anne Saxelby has visited or worked on. Once just a tini cheese shop in the Essex Street Market, Saxelby Cheese has expanded into a new cheese cave in Red Hook. You can also find other local dairy products at Saxelby.
