Liberty View Restaurant is a Chinese Restaurant located in the north side of Battery Park. It is probably the best located Chinese Restaurant in downtown area. It offers delightful Chinese food and their outside seating is amazing as well. If people go there on a day with nice weather, they can join fresh air and the landscape of the combination of Jersey City and New York Harbor.

Liberty View easily makes the cut as one of the few good restaurants in the Financial district. Tree shaded tables offer beautiful views of Lady Liberty herself as well as the Hudson River. Surprisingly the restaurant's cuisine is a bit of Shanghainese, Sichuanese as well as Cantonese and brings in the best of everything. The juicy buns, peking duck, scallion pancakes, dumplings and pan fried noodles are delicious to dig into. Also the attentive and friendly staff are forthcoming with their recommendations and the service is topnotch! ( website link not available at this time June 2014).
