NEEDING HELP: Chamberlayne/Jackson Ward triangle
Overview
This is an odd triangle that I believe is a result of the interstate construction/destruction/change in the street grid. It's too small to be anything that really serves a purpose, other than a park. It does deserve some attention, as it is often full of litter. The area gets heavy pedestrian traffic mainly from residents of Gilpin Court. An herb garden/medicinal garden with signage would be beneficial to those residents.
