What makes them Sustainable: Sustainable local farms (organic ideally) is where they source their food for both Snooze locations in Denver. Recycling plays a major role to reduce their waste stream by composting food waste and recycling as much other waste material. Snooze buys carbon offsets to be completely neutral in operations and purchase alternative energy for consumption. Also, the feel good breakfast is a specialty they have down.
