Community-owned market garden and training centre. Provides workshops, training rooms , community kitchen and affordable housing for rent.
"aiming to be self-financing through the growing and selling of produce, plants and herbs using organic principles and through income generated via rental of spaces, training and micro business development.
Our aims are to:
1. Manage the land and buildings on the site sustainably for the benefit of the community and environment.
2. Provide opportunities for the whole community
3. Work in partnership with other organisations and people to effectively market locally grown produce, grown to
organic principles.
4. Support people to develop work skills that can lead to employment or business start-up."
5. Provide a resource that stimulates community engagement
