位在安南區中洲寮,一間家庭式的冬瓜製造店「芳昌冬瓜店」,店齡近四十年,外觀雖不起眼的,卻是安南區內僅剩的一間冬瓜露製作老店,目前由林家第二代傳人林芳昌老闆接掌。林老闆自小跟隨父親學習各式製糖技藝,和老闆娘每天待在酷熱的廠房內,生產供應民生所需的冰糖、冬瓜露和冬瓜糖,這些產品的呈現的特性,一如林老闆和老闆娘兩人簡樸而認真的個性般,沒有亮麗的糖衣外表,僅有那股堅持古早味的傳統原味。
This Tea shop is located in Jhong Jhou Liao of Annan district. It is a family-run business. The shop is almost forty years old. The outer appearance of the shop is quite ordinary, but it is the only remaining wax gourd tea shop in the local area. Today, it is managed by the second generation successor, Mr. Fang Chang Lin. Since childhood, Mr. Lin learnt the skills of making gourd tea from his father. Now, he is still making the wax gourd tea and sugar with his wife everyday. Their products are simple and plain. However, unlike the new fancy drinks, their tea represents traditional flavors and is part of people’s childhood memories.
